Blocking private messages for visitors without VIP status

We have made a difficult decision: now private messages are available only to users with VIP status. This decision was not easy, but protecting users from scammers who try to lure them outside the site is becoming increasingly challenging.

Moreover, many users have been abusing the service through messaging. Our approach was carefully considered: we did not want to spend years blocking scammers daily, and our goal has always been to maximize user protection. Experience shows that it is impossible to protect everyone completely, but we do everything we can.

Now, users without VIP status will not be able to reply to you, but will still be able to read your messages.

All users still have the ability to communicate with site administration. Currently, this is available only to the VIP group, but we will expand it to everyone soon.

We hope for your understanding. User security is our top priority. Unfortunately, not everyone realizes on the new site that messages from people pretending to be administrators may be scams. Blocking scammers immediately is not always possible, but we strive to minimize their opportunities. Scammers are very unlikely to purchase VIP status, so this decision significantly limits their ability to deceive through private messages.

It also helps filter spam from new visitors trying to impose or request services for free.

Thanks to this decision, we will be able to redirect resources to other areas of protection, such as defending against DDoS attacks, hacking attempts, and similar threats.
